We are thrilled to share incredible news from the Himalayas: our menopause patient ambassador, Allie Pepper, has reached the summit of Kanchenjunga (8,586m) — the third-highest mountain in the world!

At 6:26am (Nepal time) on 24 May, Allie stood on the summit after an intense final push. The conditions were extremely harsh, with brutal cold, high winds, and technical challenges at altitude.

The conditions were extreme: the camera froze, the inReach froze… everything was against us. But we didn’t give up.
We’re now back at Camp 4, totally shattered but safe. Thank you for all the support — it’s carried us every step of the way ” – Allie

Despite frozen equipment and relentless cold, they made it to the top — a remarkable achievement that speaks to Allie’s determination, strength, and spirit. This moment also marks a major milestone in her personal mission to climb the world’s highest peaks while raising awareness about menopause and inspiring women to stay on top of life’s challenges.

After descending from the summit, Allie returned to Camp 4 and then made her way back to Base Camp the following day.

Stay tuned as Allie sets her sights on the next challenge among the world’s highest peaks.
