Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Allie Pepper, our Menopause Patient Ambassador, to the Besins Healthcare headquarters in Monaco as part of her European Tour.
Allie, an accomplished mountaineer and inspiring woman, came to share her personal story, her menopause journey, and how appropriate treatment transformed her life, enabling her to continue pursuing her dreams and reaching new summits — quite literally.
This special visit was also an opportunity to talk about World Menopause Day, which will take place on October 18th. Employees gathered to listen to Allie’s moving testimony, learn more about her experience, and share a warm and meaningful moment together.
The visit sparked meaningful exchanges among employees, who had the chance to ask questions and share their own reflections on this important life stage. It was a reminder of how open dialogue can help normalize menopause in everyday conversations — both at work and beyond.
