We are proud to share the latest news from our brand ambassador Allie Pepper, who is currently attempting the ascent of Kanchenjunga, the third-highest mountain in the world — and doing so without supplemental oxygen.

Allie’s journey is not just a physical challenge. It’s a powerful expression of resilience, courage and human potential — values we believe in deeply at Besins Healthcare.

Reaching Higher, Step by Step

After an emotional trek through remote Himalayan landscapes, Allie and her team arrived at Base Camp on May 6. Unusually set on alpine grass rather than ice, the camp offered a rare moment of comfort to rest and acclimatize.

Despite health issues that forced her to slow down, Allie showed remarkable determination and pushed forward:

- She reached Camp 2 (6,228m) despite one of the toughest days on the mountain.

- On May 15, she successfully climbed to Camp 3 (6,850m), navigating deep crevasses and steep slopes.

- By May 16, she reached Camp 4 (7,180m), before descending to prepare for her final summit rotation.

The Final Push Has Begun

Today, May 21, Allie begins her summit rotation.

The plan:

- May 21 – Camp 2

- May 22 – Camp 4

- May 24SUMMIT DAY, conditions permitting

Allie is aiming to reach the top without oxygen, a rare and exceptional feat that only a handful of climbers ever achieve.

A Climb We All Share

Allie’s journey is also ours.

As a company committed to health, performance and transformation, we see her expedition as a symbol of what’s possible when we push past our limits — physically, mentally, and as a global organization.

Let’s send her all our encouragement and positive energy as she enters this decisive phase.

We’ll keep you posted from base camp to summit.
